12. The 2000s
In the mid-2000s, the trend that flourished across gyms was group dance classes – and of course nothing more popular than Zumba.
When it comes to swaddling (Activewear) this period, men’s fashion becomes longer and less in shape (partly due to the development of baggy clothing in hip-hop culture) while fashion. Women stand out with a crop top mix formula with black leggings and sneakers.
15. The 2010s
Ten years later, the entire sports fashion industry was influenced by the trend of yoga and pilates. It includes mind relaxation and concentration. Therefore, the outfits in the gym are also limited to “show up” themselves and focus more on the material. The target was to help the wearer feel comfortable.
This is also a period when the fusion of sports and street fashion is recognized. Therefore, leggings are considered as a more comfortable alternative to jeans.
16. The present
When sports activities are increasingly diversified, the needs of practitioners are not only limited to health training but also assert their position. Accordingly, the demand for high-end sports fashion is both diverse and delicate in design. It also has to be comfortable when wearing. Therefore, there are many surprises to expect about sports fashion in the 2020s.
Activewear – Stylish sportswear
In the fashion industry, nothing is set as norms and rules are not necessarily immutable. In an era when people were free to choose between clothes and styles, it is not surprising that pajamas are worn down the street or exercise gear is worn to work.
Remember, in the 1980s, when aerobics was so popular with Western women, headbands and tight-fitting T-shirts began to blur the flared pants. But at that time the trend was not widely accepted and was considered a shame. Now everything is different. Activewear is becoming a fashion outfit.
Not only is it not restricted to use outside the gym, but the activewear has also been improved in appearance and features to wear as normal clothes.
